Available plans

Rentakoto offers multiple plan tiers for both renters and landlords. Each tier unlocks additional features and higher limits.

What plans affect

• **AI search** — daily query limits vary by plan
• **Property listings** — number of active listings (landlords)
• **Priority support** — faster response times on higher tiers
• **Advanced analytics** — landlord dashboard insights

Upgrading your plan

Go to Account → Subscription to view available plans and upgrade. Upgrades take effect immediately.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually (annual plans typically offer a discount). Your payment method on file is charged automatically.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account → Subscription. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Free tier

A free tier is available with basic features. You can use Rentakoto without a paid plan, but some features (AI search, multiple listings) require a paid plan.
