Reporting a User

How to report fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behaviour.

When to report

Use the report feature for serious violations such as:

  • Fraudulent listings or misrepresentation
  • Harassment or abusive messages
  • Scam attempts or requests for off-platform payments
  • Fake identities

Note: For landlord-tenant disputes (deposit, rent, maintenance), use the Raise Dispute feature instead.

How to report

  1. Go to the user's profile or the listing/message in question
  2. Click the **three-dot menu (⋯)** or flag icon
  3. Select **Report** and choose a reason
  4. Add details and submit

What happens next

Our moderation team reviews all reports within 2 business days. Actions may include:

  • Warning issued to the reported user
  • Listing removed
  • Account suspended or banned

Retaliation

Filing false or malicious reports is a violation of our terms. Both parties' reports are reviewed objectively.
