Listing Your Property

Getting started

To list a property, you need a verified landlord account. Go to My Properties → Add Property.

Required information

• Property title, type (House, Condo, Apartment, Room), and address
• Monthly rent and security deposit amount
• Number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and total area
• Available amenities (parking, gym, pool, AC, etc.)
• At least one photo (up to 20 photos supported)

Setting availability

Specify the lease start date, minimum lease duration, and whether the property is furnished. You can block specific dates using the Blocked Dates feature.

Publishing

Once you save your listing, it enters a brief moderation check. Most listings are approved within 24 hours. You will receive a notification when it goes live.

Editing your listing

You can edit all details after publishing. Changes to rent or key terms while a lease is active require both parties to agree to a contract amendment.
