Signing Your Lease

Finding your lease to sign

When your application is approved, you will receive an email and an in-app notification. Go to My Leases → Action Required to see contracts waiting for your signature.

Reviewing the contract

Click Review & Sign to open the full contract. Read all terms carefully, including:

• Monthly rent amount and due date
• Security deposit amount
• Lease start and end date
• Pet, visitor, and subletting policies

Signing

You can sign in two ways:

1. **Type your full name** — typed as a legal signature
2. **Draw your signature** — use the drawing pad

Once you sign, the contract moves to Awaiting Payment.

After signing

You will need to complete payment of the security deposit and first month's rent to activate the lease. Refer to the Paying Rent article for details.
